My Philosophy
Having studied various healing modalities, including breathwork, fasting, and somatic-based exercises, and functional physical training I believe that healing is about restoring balance in all aspects.
My approach focuses on myofascial release (meaning muscle and connective tissue). If you have pain or tension related to chronic stress, injuries, trigger points, restrictions, or muscular imbalances, I aim to find the cause of the pain and release it. Many of my patients come seeking support that they have not been able to find anywhere else.
